The North Central Swimming & Diving Team turned in a successful weekend at the MIC Championships over the weekend, with the girls taking home a runner-up finish and the boys a third place finish.

The Panther boys saw the quartet of seniors Tyler Diercks and Sam Nemeth and freshmen Brody Friend and Colin Parker record a team high third place in the 400 Freestyle Relay. Diercks, juniors Michael Goetz and Brooks Hillenbrand and sophomore Carsyn Christoffel finished fourth in the 200 Medley Relay and Friend finished fourth in the 50 & 100 Freestyle.

Christoffel, Friend, Nemeth and Parker finished fifth in the 200 Freestyle Relay. Diercks finished sixth in the 100 Backstroke while Parker (50 Freestyle) and junior Trey Guntz (500 Freestyle) added seventh place finishes.
