The North Central Girls Swimming and Diving team brought home another County Championship from the Natatorium on Saturday evening in convincing style. The Panthers finished in first place with 482 points, Franklin Central finished in a distant second with 364 points. Competing in her first county meet, freshman Molly Hampton finished first place in diving. Senior and Michigan State signee, Kaitlyn McPherson had a huge day finishing first in the 200 IM, 100 breaststroke, 200 freestyle relay, and 400 freestyle relay. Her teammates in the relays were 200 freestyle, Grace Lough, Claudia Buddenbaum, and Meggie McPherson. 400 freestyle relay teammates were Delaney Isakson, Scarlet Friend, and Sarah Jones.
Next chance to see the Panthers in action will be on Thursday December 28 at the NC Invitational starting at 1:00pm.
